New patient admission
Make an appointment in advance via tel. 02 441 6999
Register for a new card
at Building 2 and 30 minutes before the appointed time
Required documents
- ID card
- Referral letter or medical certificate
- Drug allergy document (if any)
- Health insurance card for eligibility checking
Meet a doctor
The nurse takes a history and does an initial physical examination before seeing a doctor. After seeing the doctor, the staff will issue an appointment card (if any) and inform the patient to wait in front of the cashier counter to complete a payment.
Complete a payment
Wait for being called for a payment
Get medicine
Submit payment documents at the counter (if any)
Note:
For children, a birth certificate is used while a passport is used for foreign patients (for non-English speaking, an interpreter is recommended).
